The room at Seamist Ocean Villa was fantastic! It had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, making me feel right at home. The balcony with sea views was breathtaking, and the cozy seating area was perfect for relaxation. I loved the private entrance, which added an extra touch of privacy.

Personally, I found the tumble dryer in the villa to be unnecessary. But hey, that's just me!

Bedroom was comfy, with exceptionally comfortable bed. Its location was marvellous and peaceful, 10 minutes drive from Cho ba le Market: D

Private beach area: I felt like I had my own slice of paradise, lounging on the beach and enjoying the serene ocean views. It was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Closest beach under construction: Unfortunately, the closest beach was undergoing construction and was not as expected.

The flat-screen TV and private bathroom with free toiletries gave me all the modern comforts I needed. The comfy bed and sea views from the patio made me feel like I was in paradise.

Delicious breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. Quiet location near a peaceful beach. Free bike borrow, and a short ride to city center.

We loved the cozy accommodation with its big terrace and fancy bathroom. the beach was just a 3-minute walk away and the owners, Tam and Anh, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. the cheap scooter rental and free bicycles made exploring the old town of Hoi An a breeze. the included breakfast was delicious and the added bonus of sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach was fantastic for relaxing.

The surrounding area was not the most appealing, with noisy morning traffic.

My partner and I stayed at Seamist for 2 weeks, and it was the best hotel in Vietnam. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach where we had a free umbrella and deckchair. The owners were really nice and helped us with everything we asked. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was excellent. The bedrooms were clean, comfy, and new. Everything was perfect!

They provided exceptional customer service and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I loved the private garden/balcony that came with the room. The location was peaceful and just a short walk from the beach. The owners even provided bikes for convenient transportation to the city center and attractions. The breakfast they served was delicious. I highly recommend this villa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay near Hoi An.
